The Idea

Chelsea Mills, CRS, e-Pro, IREM member, and CPM Candidate started Chelsea Realty Group in 2007 after spending almost a decade working in property management and real estate sales for other companies. Ms. Mills saw a real need for a progressive and forward thinking property management team in downtown Raleigh. She had a vision of a company that would embrace the internet both for marketing and servicing tenants and owners. Since opening the doors in the fall of 2007 the team has grown their portfolio from 25 units to over 150 units and growing throughout Wake county.
